York City are delighted to confirm that Joe Felix has agreed to join the Minstermen upon the expiry of his contract.
Joe Felix joins the Minstermen from Worthing after a highly successful year-long spell.
Felix started his career as a Fulham scholar before moving across to QPR and heading on loan to Burgess Hill, Woking and Farnborough.
Other spells also saw him land at Hampton and Richmond Borough, Hendon, Maidstone United, Billericay Town and Torquay United in the National League.
Felix is a versatile player who can play across the right-hand flank and at the back, providing real flexibility again to Adam Hinshelwood.
The 24-year-old went from Dulwich Hamlet to Worthing last summer, going on to feature 52 times for the Rebels initially under Hinsh.
Felix setup 15 goals last season, scoring three of his own too.
His impressive performances were backed up at the end of the season by his peers, picking up the Player’s Player of the Season award.
Welcome to the Minstermen, Joe!
