When can I collect my order?
Our retail team are getting through all the initial May 2022 orders placed for click and collect as soon as possible.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection from the LNER Community Stadium.
When will be order be delivered?
Please see below a timeline of when to expect your home shirt order:
First Round (Orders before 19 May) – Posted next week for delivery*
*XXXXL and XXXXXL shirts delivered in September.
Second Round (Orders between 19th May and 30th June) – Late September 2022 delivery
Third Round (Orders after 1st July) – Late October 2022 delivery
All alternate Chocolate and Cream shirts will be delivered/available for collection in October.
When does the Club Shop open?
Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday (matchday only): 11:30 - 5:30pm
Midweek games: 2:00pm - 8.00pm
The online store is open 24/7 and international delivery is available.
