Pattison arrives on loan from Boro

Midfielder Alex Pattison has today joined York City on a one-month youth loan deal from Championship club Middlesbrough.

Pattison, 20, has yet to play for Boro's first team but has been a regular in the club's reserves.

Born in Darlington, he joined Middlesbrough at the age of nine and has progressed through the Academy system at the Riverside Stadium.

He is available to make his City debut in this weekend's first round FA Trophy tie at Kidderminster Harriers.
