Junior League Day on Saturday

7th March 2019

York City Football Club is offering junior players from local league clubs FREE admission to Saturday's Vanarama National League North game against Altrincham (kick-off 3pm).

The offer is open to all players aged 16 or under from junior teams in the York & Ryedale Mitchell Sports Football League, City of York Girls Football League, and the YMSV York Minor League.

Players MUST attend the game wearing their junior league club's shirt and every player must also be accompanied by a full paying adult or adult season ticket holder. (Please note: the offer is one free child per full paying adult.)

All players will be asked to register with YCFC Foundation staff in the car park before kick-off on March 9, giving their name, team name, and playing position.

A City spokesman said: "The club is delighted to be linking-up again with local junior leagues to offer this special offer for the game against Altrincham.

"The first 'Junior League Day' in September proved popular and we are again inviting youngsters to come along wearing their junior shirts with pride.

"We hope that many will go onto become lifelong supporters of the club and return to us in the future wearing City shirts."
