We would like to make sure the process of renewing and purchasing new season tickets for 2022/23 is as seamless as possible for our supporters.

To allow this to happen we advise all supporters to read the FAQs below especially the instructions in regards to friends and family purchases and south stand season tickets.

What are the Ticket Office opening hours?

Monday – 10:00am – 5:00pm

Tuesday – 10:00am – 6:30pm

Wednesday – 10:00am – 6:30pm

Thursday – 10:00am – 5:00pm

Friday – 10:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday – 10:00am – 2:00pm (Non Matchdays)

Sunday – 10:00am – 2:00pm (Non Matchdays)


Important Information for Season Ticket Holders

Anyone who purchased multiple season tickets on one account last year will be required to register everyone with an induvial account and then attend the ticket office or call directly to complete their purchase.

Every season ticket holder should have an individual account.

From here, a lead account can set up the friends and family function and then purchase tickets for others with one purchase.

How do I set up the friends and family function on the ticketing system?

  • Nominate a lead booker who has the responsibility to book the tickets for their social bubble.
  • From this, all other people in the social bubble must log into their own respective accounts, go to the friend and family section and input the supporter number, postcode and the surname of the lead booker to be added to the lead booker’s bubble. this will enable the leader book to purchase tickets on their behalf therefore ensuring everyone in that social bubble can sit together.
  • At the checkout stage, the lead booker will have the option to use the dropdown menu to allocate tickets purchased to anyone in their friends and family section.
  • Once tickets are purchased, additional tickets cannot be added to the bubble.


Important Information for South Stand season ticket holders

The South Stand will be allocated seating for the duration of the 2022/23 season.

Current Season Ticket Holders in this stand will now need to select a seat manually when creating a new season ticket.

If South Stand Season Ticket Holders click ‘Renew Season Ticket’ then it will allocate a seat at random.


Can I renew my season ticket online?

Yes – online is the easiest way to renew your season ticket. Once logged into your account on the ticketing website, please hover over the Season Tickets tab on the top navigation bar and selected Renew Season Ticket from the dropdown menu.


Can I renew/but my season ticket over the phone?

Over the phone sales for season tickets will begin on 20th June 2022. You can purchase online and in-person from the 15th June.


Will my seats be reserved from last season?

Yes – we have listened to supporters and have extended the period for which 21/22 ST holder seats are reserved for until 2nd July 2022. After this date, the reserved seats will be released for general sale.


How can I pay for my season ticket?

You can pay for your season ticket with card only online but can pay with cash or card in person at the Ticket Office. We unfortunately do not accept cheques for season ticket purchases.

You cannot pay in instalments; however, this is something we are looking into for future season ticket releases.


Can I cancel my season ticket?

Season Tickets are paid for up front and non-refundable.


When will I receive my season card?

You will receive notification when your season card is available for collection. We expect cards to be printed and available in late July.


How do I purchase a Disabled, Under 5s or Carer ticket?

These tickets can only be purchased directly from the Ticket Office at the LNER Community Stadium. Supporting information is required.

Please contact 01904 942232 and our team will take some details from you and discuss which seats best meet your accessibility needs.

You will not be able to buy an Under 5s ticket online.


How does car parking work?

Car parking passes this season are available to purchase up front. Those who purchase passes will be given a rear-view mirror hanger to use for the duration of the 2022/23 season and will provide rapid access to the club matchday car park.


How do I buy hospitality?

The commercial team are currently working on a pricing structure for the new season. In the meantime, if you are interested in a commercial package, hospitality or executive boxes please contact Liam Armstrong on


Do I need proof of age to purchase tickets?

Yes – you’ll need proof of age on collection. This must be a valid ID card such as a passport or driving licence. Students will need to present their valid University student card when collecting.


Can I buy more than one ticket with my account?

Yes - however the friends and family function needs to be set up correctly and linked to the individual supporter accounts.


How can I buy disabled parking?

Yes – there is an option to select a disabled parking season pass which is located in the same club matchday car park. Please note this is limited and first come, first served.
