What tickets are available for supporters?

Season Tickets – Supporters who have purchased season tickets will be issued a credit card style season ticket which has printed information on the back and can be scanned on the turnstile.

eTickets – Supporters who purchase online will be emailed PDF tickets (attached to ticketing confirmation) which can either be scanned on the turnstile from a smartphone or printed and scanned.

Physical tickets – Printed tickets are issued to supporters who buy from the Ticket Office which can be scanned on the turnstile.

I’m having problems registering on the site, how can I create an account?

If you are having trouble registering and have been unsuccessful, please contact the Ticket Office directly on 01904 942232.

 

How do I receive my season tickets?

Collection – Season tickets MUST be collected from the Club Shop/Ticket Office at LNER Community Stadium during opening hours. Supporters will be notified when season ticket cards are available for collection.

 

How do I obtain matchday tickets for LNER Community Stadium?

Pre-purchase tickets will be available online and from the Ticket Office. Your tickets will be e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment on your confirmation e-mail. This can be printed off at home or presented at the turnstile via a smartphone device.

If you have not received the email within 2 hours of purchase, contact the Club Shop/Ticket Office on 01904 942232 and we can re-send it to you.

On matchdays, tickets will be available to purchase from the Club Shop/Ticket Office and at the Ticketing booths located near the turnstiles at the North Stand and West Stand. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

 

How do I obtain wheelchair, ambulant, or free carer tickets?

These tickets can only be purchased directly from the Club Shop/Ticket Office at LNER Community Stadium. Supporting information is required. Please contact 01904 942232 and our team will take some details from you and discuss which seats best meet your accessibility needs.

 

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can update details yourself in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

 

How do I know if my purchase was successful?

You can check your Purchase History in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. All purchasers will also receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after completing their purchase.

 

I’ve lost my tickets, what do I do?

Please contact the Club Shop/Ticket Office on 01904 942232 as soon as possible, so we can arrange duplicate tickets for you.

 

What are the Ticket Office opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Saturday (matchday only): 11:00 – 4:00

Midweek games: 2:00pm - 8.45pm

During the process of season ticket sales, the Ticket Office opening hours will be extended. Please check the club website for details.

 

When do the turnstiles open?

All turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays.

 

Are matchday tickets refundable?

No. Matchday tickets will be only refunded where a fixture is re-arranged and the ticket holder cannot attend the re-arranged game. There are no refunds available on season tickets.

 

How do I register for student discounts?

When you first register your customer profile, you will automatically be created as adult, junior or concession (based upon your age). For your profile to be changed to student, you will need to attend the Ticket Office, with supporting evidence. The Ticket Office will adjust your profile, following which you will be able to benefit from student discounts as applicable.

 

What is a supporter number and how do I register on the website?

Your supporter number is created when you register for an account. When asked for your supporter number when logging into the website you can provide the email address you signed up with instead.

 

Will there be a dedicated atmosphere and family sections of the LNER Community Stadium, during the 2021/22 season?

The South Stand is the designated atmosphere end of the ground, with unallocated seating. The West Stand is the designated family stand.

 

Which sections of the stadium are unallocated?

For clarity, seats in the South Stand are unallocated, but supporters will have to choose a specific seat on the ticketing website. However, season tickets and match tickets will not reflect this and will be printed as ‘unallocated’.

 

Do I have to pay a booking fee?

The booking fee, as imposed on the club from the matchday agreement with City of York Council, will be absorbed by the club for both season tickets and match tickets. This means supporters will pay the price as displayed without additional extras.

 

Which stands have access to the Fanzone?

The Fanzone can be accessed via the South Stand and Azuma Stand only. The West Stand has no through access to the other areas of the ground.

 

Where are the turnstiles located for my stand?

Access to each stand is via the turnstiles labelled below:

South Stand: Turnstiles 1, 2, and 3

Azuma Stand (Blocks EE, EF, EG, EH, EI): Turnstiles 4, 5 and 6.

Azuma Stand (Blocks EA, EB, EC, ED): Turnstiles 7, 8 and 9.

West Stand: Turnstiles 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18.

North Stand: Turnstiles 10, 11 and 12.

Ticketing booths are located at the Ticket Office in the Community Hub, the North Stand and West Stand.

 

Where is the Car Park located?

How do I set up friends and family on the ticketing system?

  • Nominate a lead booker who has the responsibility to book the tickets for their social bubble.
  • From this, all other people in the social bubble must log into their own respective accounts, go to the friend and family section and input the supporter number, postcode and the surname of the lead booker to be added to the lead booker’s bubble. this will enable the leader book to purchase tickets on their behalf therefore ensuring everyone in that social bubble can sit together.
  • At the checkout stage, the lead booker will have the option to use the dropdown menu to allocate tickets purchased to anyone in their friends and family section.
  • Once tickets are purchased, additional tickets cannot be added to the bubble.

 

How do I scan into the turnstiles?

If scanning from your smartphone device, we recommend turning your smartphone horizontally, expanding the barcode on your screen, and locking your screen ready to scan to gain access via the electronic turnstiles.

You can also print your e-ticket and scan the barcode on the turnstile.
