York City can confirm that Scottish winger Kai Kennedy’s contract has been mutually terminated.
The 22-year-old signed in August 2023 following his departure from Rangers, going on to feature 19 times for the Minstermen across all competitions.
Kennedy setup Quevin Castro’s equaliser against Boreham Wood back in September 2023, a game which ended in a two-all draw.
