2026/27 Season Ticket Collection Details

Ahead of the new season, we can now confirm details regarding the collection of 2026/27 Season Tickets.

Season Tickets will be available for collection from Monday 20th July at 10am.

To help manage demand and reduce queues, collection points will once again be split by stand location.

OPENING HOURS

Both the Club Shop and Ticket Office will be open for collections during the following times:

  • Monday 20th July: 10am – 8pm
  • Tuesday 21st July: 10am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 22nd July: 10am – 5pm
  • Thursday 23rd July: 10am – 5pm
  • Friday 24th July: 10am – 5pm

Further collection times for future weeks will be communicated in due course.

COLLECTION POINTS

Please collect your Season Ticket from the following location:

  • South Stand – Ticket Office
  • East Stand and West Stand – Club Shop
  • LNER and Jorvik Hospitality – Tickets will be available for collection and use at the first home game of the season (supporters in these areas will receive further communication with additional details in advance).
  • Accessible Season Tickets – Ticket Office. Supporters collecting Accessible Season Tickets must provide the relevant identification and accompanying medical documentation where required.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

To ensure tickets are issued correctly, all supporters should bring relevant ID to collect their Season Tickets, and for the different price classes you may have purchased.

Identification:
  • Adult or Concession Season Ticket – Form of photo ID, and show proof of purchase/reference order number. Concession supporters must provide proof of eligibility.
  • Students – A valid student ID/proof of enrolment with school, college, or university, and show proof of purchase/reference order number.
  • Aged 16 and below, or collecting on behalf of someone this age, must give name and show proof of purchase/reference order number in order to collect.
  • Carers – Please bring a valid Carer Card/proof and show proof of purchase/reference order number in order to collect.
  • Accessible Season Ticket – Supporters must provide the relevant identification and supporting documentation where applicable.

Proof of purchase can be either the email confirmation or the order ID provided within the email.

Supporters CAN collect on behalf of somebody else. Staff will require the name, order number, and some form of ID in order to collect on someone’s behalf.

SEASON TICKET DISCOUNT

As a thank you for your support, every Season Ticket holder will receive a one-time-use 10% discount voucher to use in the Club Shop, which will be issued upon collection of their Season Ticket.

 

We would encourage supporters to collect their Season Tickets ahead of the opening fixture where possible in order to avoid matchday queues and delays.
