This fanbase is stronger than ever. We proved that as we filled out the LNER Community Stadium against Chesterfield & Woking last season, and these are scenes we can accomplish again, together.

Without you, our 12th player, this club is nothing, so round up your friends & family and head to the stands to cheer on your York City. You’ll see familiar faces every other weekend, and you can call yourself part of this proud community.

Last year was a rollercoaster ride, but with Hinshelwood at the helm, there’s no limits to what this team can achieve over the next 12 months.

Season tickets will be available across the East Stand (excl. block EA), South Stand, and West Stand (blocks WA/B/C/D/E).

In the event that a large away following is expected, further sections of the West Stand may be offered to the visiting club. Any season ticket holders in Blocks A-E may be affected and will be offered a choice of seating in the East Stand as a priority if this option is required.

If you would like to make use of our excellent hospitality facilities, a Hospitality Season Ticket in the LNER Lounge is also available.

Relevant ID for ages 2-14 will be by way of birth certificate and confirmation of the adult details who has purchased to accompany them.

Student identification required will be proof of relevant course of full-time study such as a Confirmation of Study letter.

Carers continue to go free when accompanying a paying adult. Proof will need to be shown at the ticket office in order to take advantage of this offering.

When do 2024/25 Season Tickets go on sale?

The ‘Early Bird’ offering for season tickets will go on sale Wednesday, June 5th at 10am.

The ‘Early Bird’ discount will be available until Midnight, Sunday July 7th.

From then, season tickets will remain on general sale at an increased cost.

How can I purchase a Season Ticket?

Season tickets are purchasable online, over the phone on 01904 950950, and in-person at the LNER Community Stadium Ticket Office.

When is the Ticket Office open to purchase in-person or over the phone?

The Ticket Office is open on the following days:

  • Monday: 10am – 5pm
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 10am – 6:30pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 10am – 5pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 2pm

I am struggling to get through to the Ticket Office over the phone, what can I do?

The Ticket Office can be incredible busy at times, as they serve both in person and over the phone.

If you are struggling via the phones, leave a message or email on [email protected] and the team will go through those as and when they can do so.

Can I pay my season ticket / car parking season pass monthly?

Yes! A monthly finance option is now on offer to supporters. This is available online, over the phone, and in person.

Supporters looking to utilise our newly offered monthly finance service should input code ’YCFCEASYPAY’ to the discount code section at checkout. This will bring your amount to £0.

The club will then be in direct contact with you to set up appropriate payment arrangements.

The plan for payments is to take a monthly payment, every month, starting in August and taking the final payment in March.

Example, you are looking to spread the payment for one adult early bird season ticket (£315) and one 12-16 / Student early bird season ticket (£108).

Your total of £423 would be split into a monthly payment of £52.88.

Please note there will be a £5 administration charge per ticket (when using ‘YCFCEASYPAY’ online, over the phone, and in person) added onto the first payment in August. This also includes paying for a car parking spot on finance.

Example, you have purchased three season tickets and one car parking pass. Therefore a 4x£5 charge will be added onto August’s bill.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes! Both credit and debit cards are accepted, online and over the phone.

Are hospitality season tickets available?

Yes! LNER Lounge Hospitality Season Tickets are on sale through the ticketing system.

The LNER Community Stadium incorporates two lounges offering a fully licensed bar, hot buffet, and sit down meal options.

How long do I have to renew my current seat?

Existing season ticket seats will be on hold until Midnight, Sunday July 14th.

Following this date, seats will be released to general sale.

I don't know the email address linked to my 2023/24 season ticket in order to renew

Why can't I select to renew my 2023/24 seat on the ticketing system?

Make sure that you are on the dedicated ‘SEASON TICKET RENEWAL‘ page when navigating. After entering an email address linked to a 2023/24 season ticket, the seat will be automatically selected.

No seat automatically selected? Please contact the York Stadium Management Company Ticket Office in the first instance.


Important information for West Stand season ticket holders

The club continues to use West Stand blocks WF-I for away supporters. This area holds over 700 fans, but should we require more away supporter space, consideration will be made as to how much and whether the North Stand is made available. This will be based on communication with the Away Club and police advice on the categorisation of the games through the Stadium Management Company.

The club guarantees that no more than three games would be affected as we recognise the potential disruption it could cause, but continue to be open and up front with supporters prior to their purchase in case of this eventuality.

The club will ensure that it communicates the decisions to use further West Stand blocks for away supporters as early as possible with West Stand season ticket holders, and provide an option to move to an alternative location in the stadium, as well as a free ticket for the next suitable fixture to bring a guest.

If the West Stand is allocated for away fans for a cup fixture, West Stand season ticket holders will still be provided with the same priority window as all other season ticket holders when purchasing.

Any impact on West Stand season ticket holders will be seen as the last resort, but the messaging is intended to be honest again for supporters.

Will I get a new season card & when can I collect my season card?

Yes, a new season card will be distributed.

Collection dates will be communicated in due course.

I have checked-out but did not receive a confirmation email

The digital ticket app on the confirmation email won't load the QR ticket

Digital tickets through the confirmation email will not be available until a select date, nearer the start of the 2024/25 season.


I am a carer - do I go free still?

Carers continue to go free when accompanying a paying season ticket holder. Proof when purchasing will need to be shown at the ticket office in order to take advantage of this offering.

It cannot be done online.

How do I purchase an accessible space within the stadium?

Please do so via the ticket office themselves.

What are the age ranges for children to be able to attend?

Children aged 3-14 must accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 2 and under are not permitted in the stadium.
