Visiting Supporters

WELCOME TO YORK

Our Stadium

Opened in 2021, the LNER Community Stadium is a state of the art, 8,500 capacity ground built to Championship standards.

Visiting supporters are housed in either the West Stand overflow (blocks WH and WI) or North Stand depending on anticipated attendance, both of these areas have covered seating.

In the event of a sell-out of the allocated away section for each fixture, further blocks may be opened as overflow for away fans, these will usually be West Stand sections WF or WG, or sections WH and WI in fixtures where the North Stand was initially allocated as the away stand.

Getting to the LNER Community Stadium

Directions, travel and parking information are available here. If you are visiting us by car, spaces are extremely limited so we highly recommend pre-booking parking via the ‘match tickets’ page. Just select the fixture parking is required for.

How to buy match tickets

Tickets for visiting supporters are either available via our ‘Buy Match Tickets (Away Supporters)’ page or directly from your own club (depending on what arrangements have been made with them).

Please look out for announcements by your own club, or visit the ‘Buy Match Tickets (Away Supporters)’ page. If your fixture isn’t shown then either tickets have not yet gone on sale or are being sold directly by your own club.

Subject to availability, you can purchase tickets on the day.

Food & Drink

Food and drink concessions are available in the concourse with a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and food including burgers, pies and hot dogs.

In The City

Explore York’s stunning sights like never before with an award-winning City Cruises trip. Join them on-board a sightseeing cruise and discover fascinating facts from your seat on the top deck or wrapped up warm in the enclosed saloon. Wherever you sit, you will have a great view to uncover the history of our ancient city.

Alternatively, why not visit The Potions Cauldron? The wizards at the The Potions Cauldron welcome you to a world of magic as they serve ancient potions of 14th century produced by witch Agnes de Molay. These potions were brought to England 700 years ago to help York fight off dark forces by our first potion maker Phileas Fry.
