Match Preview | Hartlepool United (A) | Saturday 1st March

York City will be looking to make it back-to-back away wins when they make the trip north to face Hartlepool United at the Prestige Group Stadium with kick-off at 3pm.

The Minstermen left it late to grab all three points at Maidenhead United on Tuesday night with two very late goals from Ollie Pearce and Josh Stones sealing the win in front of the travelling faithful.

City still sit in 2nd in the National League but have closed the gap on Barnet to three points with a game in hand.

Tomorrow’s opponents Hartlepool sit in 12th in the National League but a lonely 8 points off a play-off place.

With only one win in nine, Hartlepool will be looking for an upturn in form with no better time to try start that then against York, a side battling for promotion.

Tomorrow’s game is set up to be a great contest!
