To ensure that we provide the best experience possible, we kindly request your participation in this survey. As a thank you for doing so, all participants* will be entered into a prize draw to win a match ball signed by the 2024/25 first team squad*.
Why are we doing this?
- To help us gain a better level of understanding about our supporters.
- To provide an opportunity for supporters to share their experiences with us.
- To identify areas in which we can improve our processes and practices to provide a better service.
About the survey
This survey asks for a combination of yes/no responses or scores out of 5, which will give us some really useful insight which is simple to analyse.
We are also asking for further detail in some questions, which give you the opportunity to share ideas, suggestions and experiences in greater detail, providing us with a deeper insight into your opinions.
The answers you give us will be incredibly helpful in informing our decision making on a number of matters to ensure that your voices are heard. As such, we will follow this up by publishing the results shortly after the survey closes, inclusive of responses to key themes to demonstrate ‘you said, we did’ actions.
