We take a look at all our U19s out on dual registrations and how they have been getting on as we approach the season run-in…

EDDIE KETTLEWELL (Garforth Town & Bridlington Town)

On the back of first-team matchday squad inclusions and an Enterprise National League debut, winger Eddie Kettlewell spent a month with Garforth Town, making four appearances and scoring a last-minute winner for them.

He recently joined Bridlington Town in the Northern Premier League East Division, and has played three games so far.

BEN FARRAR (Whitby Town & Bridlington Town)

Forward Ben Farrar is currently plying his trade alongside Kettlewell at Brid, now in his second spell with the Seasiders this season.

He began the campaign at the Mounting Systems Stadium, scoring five goals in twice as many games.

Farrar impressed on debut against Blyth Town with a key involvement in one of the goals before netting one himself.

It was the 18-year-old who scored the winner in their Isuzu FA Trophy clash with Mossley, and also hit a brace against Heaton Stannington.

In January, Farrar moved to Whitby for experience at step three, and got nine appearances under his belt, before recently heading back to Bridlington to gain more minutes towards the end of the season.

The Seasiders are next in action this Saturday at home to Emley (3pm).

OZ SHAW (Pickering Town)

In February, Oz Shaw signed dual-registration terms with Pickering Town.

Playing under former York City captain Simon Heslop, the defender picked up man of the match on debut following a 2-0 win over Frickley.

He has gone to accrue five appearances for the Pikes, with all five of them coming in victories, including four clean sheets.

Pickering sit nine points off the Northern Counties East League Premier Division playoffs as it stands, with two games in hand on Tadcaster Albion, who they travel to on Saturday (3pm).

GREG BAKER (Northallerton Town & Pickering Town)

Defender Greg Baker spent a brief spell with Northallerton Town at the beginning of the year, but was restricted game time due to multiple postponements.

He then returned to Pickering Town, the club where he played his first senior football at the age of 16.

ADAM TWEED (Ossett United)

Adam Tweed has been on dual-registration with Ossett United since November.

He was awarded man of the match for his performance against Dunston in December, and has gone on to play 16 times, racking up 706 minutes in total.

The Sheepicorns host Silsden at Ingfield this coming Saturday (3pm).

CAMPBELL WHITE (Garforth Town)

Following an injury to Garforth goalkeeper Harry Flatters, Campbell White was brought in on an emergency loan for the Miners’ league game away at Ossett United.

Despite a narrow 2-1 defeat, Garforth assistant manager Mark Smitheringale was full of praise for the young shot-stopper, telling club media, “He did extremely well, he was very, very good.

“Considering how young he is, I thought he was very confident.

“Everything he did was done very professionally and competently. I was impressed, and he should be proud of his performance.”

JAKE ROBERTS (Horbury Town)

The 17-year-old played several times for Horbury Town U23s, impressing and earning a step up to the senior side in January, making his debut off the bench against Campion in the league.

Roberts was brought on as a substitute against Campion once again, this time in the league cup. He scored a side-footed finish in the second half, but it would ultimately end in a narrow defeat.

The forward has continued to appear for their U23s, and scored thirteen goals in just seven games.

LINCON NEWALL (Newton Aycliffe)

Defender Lincon Newall has played twice for Newton Aycliffe this season – he made his full debut against Emley in the Northern Premier League East Division, before coming off the bench against Garforth Town.
