York City is in an exciting place, the sky is the limit for our football club. Your support throughout this season has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the home sell-out against Gateshead to the twelve hundred who made the eight-hour round trip on a Tuesday night to North London. We see and hear every single one of you. The season we have had on the pitch with Hinsh, his staff and the players has shown us all, the fight, the grit and determination, everything that York City Football Club stands for.
As we move into the next chapter in our club’s history, we are going to need you all. Whether that’s battling again in the National League or fighting amongst the EFL, we will be there in fine voice, on the terraces or in the stands waving the York flag high!

IMPORTANT INFO
Season tickets will be available across the East Stand, South Stand, and West Stand (blocks WA/B/C/D/E). EA in the East Stand is our now dedicated family section.
In the event that a large away following is expected, further sections of the West Stand may be offered to the visiting club. Any season ticket holders in Blocks A-E may be affected and will be offered a choice of seating in the East Stand as a priority if this option is required.
If you would like to make use of our excellent hospitality facilities, a Hospitality Season Ticket in the LNER Lounge is also available.
Relevant ID for ages 2-14 will be by way of birth certificate and confirmation of the adult details who has purchased to accompany them.
Student identification required will be proof of relevant course of full-time study such as a Confirmation of Study letter.
Carers continue to go free when accompanying a paying adult. Proof will need to be shown at the ticket office in order to take advantage of this offering.

WHERE & HOW TO PURCHASE
When do 2025/26 Season Tickets go on sale?
The ‘Early Bird’ offering for season tickets will go on sale Friday, April 4th at 12pm.
The ‘Early Bird’ discount will be available until Midnight, Friday May 16th.
From then, season tickets will remain on general sale at an increased cost.
Seats from the 24/15 season will be held until the 27th June. Any seats now renewed will be released after that date.
How can I purchase a Season Ticket?
Season tickets are purchasable online, over the phone on 01904 950950, and in-person at the LNER Community Stadium Ticket Office.
When is the Ticket Office open to purchase in-person or over the phone?
The Ticket Office is open on the following days:
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 2pm
I am struggling to get through to the Ticket Office over the phone, what can I do?
The Ticket Office can be incredible busy at times, as they serve both in person and over the phone.
If you are struggling via the phones, leave a message or email on tickets@yorksmc.co.uk and the team will go through those as and when they can do so.
Can I pay my season ticket / car parking season pass monthly?
Yes! A monthly finance option is on offer to supporters. This is available online, over the phone, and in person.
Supporters looking to utilise our newly offered monthly finance service should input code ’EASYPAY25’ to the discount code section at checkout. This will bring your amount to £0.
The club will then be in direct contact with you to set up appropriate payment arrangements.
The plan for payments is to take a monthly payment, every month, starting in July and taking the final payment in May 2026.
Example, you are looking to spread the payment for one adult early bird season ticket (£350) and one 12-16 / Student early bird season ticket (£120).
Your total of £470 would be split into a monthly payment of £47
Please note there will be a £5 administration charge per ticket (when using ‘EASYPAY25’ online, over the phone, and in person) added onto the first payment in July. This also includes paying for a car parking spot on finance.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Yes! Both credit and debit cards are accepted, online and over the phone.
Are hospitality season tickets available?
Yes! LNER Lounge Hospitality Season Tickets are on sale through the ticketing system.
The LNER Community Stadium incorporates two lounges offering a fully licensed bar, hot buffet, and sit down meal options.

RENEWING A SEASON TICKET
How long do I have to renew my current seat?
Existing season ticket seats will be on hold until Midnight, Friday June 27th.
Following this date, seats will be released to general sale.
I don't know the email address linked to my 2024/25 season ticket in order to renew

Why can't I select to renew my 2024/25 seat on the ticketing system?
Make sure that you are on the renew season ticket page when navigating. After entering an email address linked to a 2024/25 season ticket, the seat will be automatically selected.
No seat automatically selected? Please contact the York Stadium Management Company Ticket Office in the first instance.
GENERAL INFORMATION WHEN PURCHASING
Important information for West Stand season ticket holders
The club continues to use West Stand blocks WF-I for home and away supporters.
Depending on expected home or away attendances, this area will be designated to the club home or away within great notice.
Will I get a new season card & when can I collect my season card?
Yes, a new season card will be distributed.
Collection dates will be communicated in due course.

The digital ticket app on the confirmation email won't load the QR ticket
Digital tickets through the confirmation email will not be available until a select date, nearer the start of the 2025/26 season.
GENERAL INFORMATION WHEN PURCHASING A CONCESSION
I am a carer - do I go free still?
Carers continue to go free when accompanying a paying season ticket holder. Proof when purchasing will need to be shown at the ticket office in order to take advantage of this offering.
It cannot be done online.
How do I purchase an accessible space within the stadium?
Please do so via the ticket office themselves.
What are the age ranges for children to be able to attend?
Children aged 3-14 must accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 2 and under are not permitted in the stadium.
