York City can confirm that forward Billy Chadwick has joined Boston United on a one-month loan.
The 24-year-old has made twelve appearances for the Minstermen in the Vanarama National League in 2024/25, scoring once, in City’s home opener against Tamworth.
Chadwick heads on loan to a former club, having turned out for Boston in 2023, so it will be familiar surroundings back at the Jakemans Community Stadium for him.
The Pilgrims currently sit 23rd in the National League table, and are in search of their first home win of the season as they host Dagenham & Redbridge this Saturday, under the interim leadership of Martin Woods and former-City assistant manager Neil Cox.
Good luck, Billy!
Subject to league and FA approval.
