The club would like to issue some further information on the season ticket Direct Debit scheme for the coming season, with a few changes from last year.
We will start to issue invoices to supporters across the next couple of weeks to begin the setup (see below for details on how to set up).
Direct Debits will be taken in 10 instalments starting 1st July 2025, last payment 1st April 2026.
The £5 admin fee will be split across the 10 instalments rather than being taken with the first payment as was the case last year.
Please note point 3 below if your Direct Debit is still active from last year.
Once season ticket collections commence, tickets will only be available to collect when the DD is fully set up.
PROCESS FOR SETTING UP DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS
- An email from the address ‘[email protected]’ will land in the inbox used at checkout to secure the season ticket/s. Please check your spam/junk too.
- Within the email will be an invoice number, the due date, and a large, clickable green button that says ‘Review and pay’.
- Press the ‘Review and pay’ link. A webpage should now load. If your Direct Debit set up is still active from last year, the top of the page will have a green tick and say ‘DD active, you do not need to do anything further.’
- On the page, review all details before continuing and selecting the green, clickable button that says ‘Pay now’.
- A page should load, with the header saying ‘Setup a Direct Debit with York’.
- Proceed by filling in all of the required details as accurately as possible before selecting ‘Continue’.
- The next page will require the bank details that will be used to pay for the season ticket monthly.
