Started at Darlington before loan spells at York, before signing permanently and making over 300 appearances over ten years. Retired from professional football in 2014 and went to play part-time for Harrogate Town and Hyde United.
After Retirement, Set up coaching academies under the Pro Player Football brand before taking the Assistant Manager role at Hyde. Went on the manage Hyde during the Covid period before resigning in September 2021. Currently work alongside Mike Morton as founders of ‘Tactx’, an online football coaching library and tactical analysis.
