Why are we doing this?
- To help us gain a better level of understanding about our supporters.
- To provide an opportunity for supporters to share their experiences with us.
- To identify areas in which we can improve our processes and practices to provide a better service.
This survey mainly asks for yes/no responses or scores out of 5, which will give us some really useful insight which is simple to analyse. Each section also gives you the opportunity to provide further comments on your answers as well to share ideas, suggestions and experiences in greater detail, providing us with a deeper insight into your opinions. As we have previously, we will follow this survey up by publishing the results shortly after the survey closes.
By completing this survey, you consent to the data submitted in this form to be stored and used by York City Football Club and relevant partners. Please note, your data will not be shared with any person or organisation outside of York City Football Club and relevant partners. You don’t have to leave us contact details of course as if you would rather remain anonymous, that is absolutely fine.
