The MinsterBelles will be looking to build on the point they picked up at Denaby Main, last time out, as they make the long journey to Kellamergh Park to take on AFC Fylde on Sunday afternoon (2pm kick-off).

After an early set back in the game against Doncaster Rovers Belles, goals from Jess Holder, Felicity Jones and Karli Smith had put Emily Senior’s side into a 3-2 lead before a last-minute penalty prevented her side from taking the three points.

The two sides last met back in October, when a brace from Katie Astle helped the MinsterBelles take all three points against Sunday’s opposition.

The Opposition:

Dan Sutcliff’s side sit at the bottom of the FA Women’s National League Division One North but are only one point off safety.

Their last league win came in December, when goals from Katie Bowers Folan and Natasha Dale helped the visitors pick up an impressive win at promotion chasing Leeds United.

They were last in action in the Lancashire FA County Cup as they were comfortably beaten by Burnley FC.
