Loan Watch | Young duo both score for away game victory

We take a look at how some of The Minstermen’s players are faring out on loan whilst away from the LNER Community Stadium, with six players currently playing across the pyramid.

Bill Marshall & Leon Gibson-Booth

Youngsters Bill Marshall and Leon Gibson-Booth have both stepped up to Northern Premier League Premier Division level after successful loan spells with Ossett United in the league below.

Leon Gibson-Booth has featured in three league games for The Highwaymen, debuting against Whitby Town on October 12th, before going on to feature against Prescot Cables and Worksop Town.

Midfielder Bill Marshall made his debut against Prescott Cables on Saturday, October 19th.

Both players were on the scoresheet on Tuesday, October 22nd as they cleaned up to take a 2-0 away victory against Worksop Town.

Marshall nodded in a header from a cross before Gibson-Booth opened up and took aim from the edge of the area.

Thierry Latty-Fairweather

An initial month’s long loan spell with Maidenhead United commenced in August for left-back Thierry Latty-Fairweather, which was extended until January after a brief stoppage due to injuy.

The 21-year-old has featured in 11 games for Alan Devonshire’s side, including in Maidenhead United’s 3-0 win at home to Taunton in the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round.

Olly Dyson

The 24-year-old has continued his fine start to life at Spennymoor Town, not missing a game for Graeme Lee’s side so far.

Dyson also featured in their Emirates FA Cup campaign, beating Morpeth Town and Chorley before falling to defeat against Alfreton Town in Fourth Round Qualifying.

Maz Kouhyar

The 27-year-old winger has continued to feature for the National League North outfit in league and cup competition.

Kouhyar has appeared in 15 fixtures so far this campaign, netting three.

Tyler Cordner

Defender Tyler Cordner’s time at Ebbsfleet has become limited the past couple of month, featuring seven times between August and September.
