York City can confirm that goalkeeper Maison Campbell has had his contract mutually terminated with immediate effect.
The Nottingham-born youngster trialled for two weeks with City in 2021, where he then penned a first professional deal with the club.
A switch to AFC Telford followed for the ‘keeper, signing in October 2022, before returning to the LNER Community Stadium in January 2023 until the end of the season.
Campbell signed a further extension in the summer of 2023, with loan moves to Marske United and Scunthorpe United following.
We wish Maison well in his future endeavours and thank him for his efforts whilst with the Minstermen.
