The Minstermen take on Clayton Donaldson’s Farsley Celtic on Tuesday evening in their third successive pre-season game away from home in the space of only four days.
The Minstermen will head across to West Yorkshire on Tuesday, following trips to Tadcaster Albion (where City won 4-0) on Saturday afternoon and Selby Town on Monday evening.
National League North side Farsley Celtic will head into this game against the Minstermen following on from their home game against Huddersfield Town at the weekend, which ended in a 2-1 defeat for the Celts, and they’ll be hoping to improve on their early performances in pre-season after failing to beat Silsden, Brighouse Town or FC Halifax Town.
Farsley Celtic vs York City will take place on Tuesday 25th July, kicking off at 7:45pm at The Citadel. Here’s all the information you need to know ahead of our upcoming trip across to West Yorkshire.
