The Minstermen return to action just four days post-Oxford City when we travel north to take on Hartlepool United on Saturday, January 27th (3pm kick off).
Neal Ardley’s side come into the fixture unbeaten in eight National League games after City’s 2-1 victory on the road against Oxford City extended the run, following an impromptu break in play due to postponements.
Hosts Hartlepool have made a trio of significant incomings in the past seven days as manager Kevin Phillips was appointed last Saturday afternoon following the departure of John Askey in December.
A Grimsby duo tie up the trio of incomings as Otis Khan and Luke Waterfall confirmed their moves to Pools on Thursday afternoon on loan for the remainder of the season.
Tickets have sold out for the Minstermen’s visit to The Suit Direct Stadium. There will be no further allocation, and no pay on the day facilities.
Away supporters are situated in the Simpson Millar Stand (also known as the Rink End), with a full allocation of 1,054 set to back the Minstermen in the North East.
A pre match away supporters pub in Hartlepool has been identified by police – Rosie O’Grady’s, on the marina. A ten minute walk from the train station and to the ground, away fans are asked to drink in the pub pre match.
