The Minstermen are back on the road this weekend in the Vanarama National League as we set to take on Maidenhead United at York Road.

City will travel down to Berkshire on Saturday afternoon hoping to secure another crucial three points which could help the side move further away from the relegation zone and up the National League table.

Tuesday night’s 2-0 win over Oxford City saw the Minstermen return to winning ways in the league and they’ll head down to Maidenhead full of confidence having only been defeated once in their last six games in all competitions.

This weekend’s hosts also head into Saturday’s fixture in good form, having come from behind at Ebbsfleet United to earn a 1-1 draw, which saw them extend their current unbeaten run to three games.

Maidenhead are also unbeaten in their last four home fixtures, having not lost at York Road since the 16th September.
