The Minstermen quickly return to action away at Oldham Athletic this Tuesday, a rearranged Vanarama National League fixture (7:45pm kick off).

City will be looking to put the last couple of results behind them, a 1-0 defeat at Gainsborough before on Saturday, we endured our second home loss of the season against Sutton United.

Oldham also suffered defeat on home soil at the weekend, as a quickfire Josh Barrett hat-trick saw Aldershot come from a goal down at Boundary Park to win.

Coming into Tuesday, the Minstermen sit third in the table, with a seven-point advantage on the Latics who are two places lower.

This fixture was originally scheduled for Boxing Day, but foggy conditions led to the postponement.
