City head to North Lincolnshire this week for what is set to be another tough battle against the Iron at the Attis Arena (7:45pm kick-off).

The Minstermen extended their winning run to 7 games at the weekend, following a convincing 4-1 home victory over FC Halifax Town. First half goals from Josh Stones, Alex Hunt and Ollie Pearce put City 3-0 up at half-time before an Ollie Banks second half strike saw the game out.

Scunthorpe came crashing down on Saturday after their impressive point at Rochdale last week. The Iron fell to a 3-1 defeat at Aldershot on Saturday.

The Iron however are one of only two teams to have defeated the Minstermen so far this season having won 3-1 in the reverse fixture at the LNER back in October.
