York City are in action for a second time in a seven day period, taking on Solihull Moors at Damson Park this Tuesday night (7.45pm kick off).

A hard-fought point on the road at Aldershot Town on Saturday afternoon kept City joint top of the Vanarama National League at the conclusion of matchday ten.

Adam Hinshelwood’s side made it five unbeaten, whilst collecting a sixth clean sheet of the season too.

Solihull Moors have won and lost the same amount of games this season (four), drawing two along the way so far.

Andy Whing’s side will be looking for a response on home turf after losing 4-2 to Southend United on Saturday just gone.

TICKETS

York City were given an allocation of 595 by Solihull Moors.

Ticket prices are as follows:

  • Adult: £21
  • Concession (Over 65s & Aged 18-24): £17
  • Under 18s*: £12
  • Under 12s*: Free

*14-year-olds and under must be accompanied by a full-paying adult or concession ticket, and purchased alongside it.

Parking: Solihull Moors provide the following matchday information for car parking.

Bus: York Pullman are running a bus to the fixture.

Departure from Memorial Gardens in York City Centre will be 4pm, with collection in Acomb 15 minutes later.

Payments for travel need to be made in advance, with no cash being take on the day of travel.

Please note – strictly no alcohol onboard policy.

Train: Both Solihull and Birmingham International railway stations are an hour-long walk to/from Damson Park.

Take a direct train from York railway station to Birmingham New Street firstly (hourly).

From there, head to Birmingham Moor Street for services to Solihull or remain at New Street for services to International.

Once at either station, an hour-long walk can be embarked upon, or Service X12 can be utilised from both stations. There are bus stops outside the stadium on Old Damson Lane.
