Match Preview | Yeovil Town (A) | Saturday 15th March

The Minstermen make their longest journey of the season this Saturday, as we head south to face Yeovil Town, as part of three consecutive away games (3pm kick-off).

City head to Huish Park having played out a 1-1 draw at home to fellow promotion rivals Forest Green Rovers last weekend, with Lewis Richardson’s debut goal clinching a point.

The result now means that we sit eleven points behind league leaders Barnet, but still on course for a top three finish, as 4th-placed Oldham are nine points worse off.

Saturday’s hosts, Yeovil Town, were in the play-off race when the Minstermen put four past them back in November, but their form has since slipped, and are currently in 14th.

Mark Cooper’s side have lost all of their last three games, including the latest defeat at home to Boston United in midweek.
