The York Stadium Management Company have today confirmed a new and improved phone system across the entirety of the LNER Community Stadium, which will now allow for a much faster and improved customer experience.
The new system also allows for calls to be answered in different areas of the stadium, for example external booths or the SMC office.
This also means that the ticket office number has now changed moving forward.
Supporters with any form of ticketing queries should contact the York Stadium Management Company’s ticket office on 01904 950950 (option one), or alternatively via email on [email protected].
Using the new number of 01904 950950, supporters can also be put through to the York City offices by selecting option three, creating a new one stop phone number for all requirements.
