Following this afternoon’s EFL Trophy draw live on Sky Sports, we can confirm that Newcastle United U21s will complete Northern Group C.
Our group will now consist of Bradford City, Rotherham United, and Newcastle United U21s.

The round dates are as follows:
- w/c 21st September 2026 – MD1
- w/c 5th October 2026 – MD2
- w/c 9th November 2026 – MD3
- w/c 7th December 2027 – Round of 32
- w/c 13th January 2027 – Round of 16
- w/c 22nd February 2027 – Quarter Final
- w/c 8th March 2027 – Semi Final
- 11th April 2027 – Final
