We have a delivery update from the supplier of our home and away retro 1997 shirts, which have been on sale on pre-order.
We originally announced that delivery would be mid-December and in time for Christmas orders, but we have found out this week that there has been a delay in the supply chain due to adverse weather conditions, and the vessel is delayed coming into UK ports.
This unfortunately means that delivery to us is likely to now be the last week of December, meaning the first week of January for customer delivery.
Both the supplier and the club are doing everything they can to mitigate the time delay as much as possible.
We apologise on behalf of the supplier for any inconvenience caused, but hope that the slight delay is well worth the wait when the shirts arrive.
Clearly, we appreciate that some of these will have been bought as Christmas presents, so we would offer an official certificate of purchase to anyone who wants one for gifting purposes. Please email [email protected] to receive yours.
We would also offer a full refund to anyone who wanted one, should the delay cause major issues.
