We can confirm that our 25/26 Season Tickets will be available for collection from Tuesday.
Supporters who have purchased a season ticket in the East Stand or the West Stand will be able to collect their ticket Tuesday-Friday from the ticket desk at the LNER Community Stadium from 10 am – 5 pm.
For supporters who have purchased a season ticket in the South Stand, your ticket will be available for collection Tuesday-Friday (10 am – 5 pm) from the York City FC Club Shop.
Any supporters who are unable to visit the stadium on any midweek day next week will be able to collect their season tickets from the West Stand ticket booth on Saturday the 9th, with the counter opening at 12 pm.
We ask supporters to utilise the four-day window in the week to collect their ticket. For supporters who cannot make any of the midweek times due to travel distance or work, they can attend the West Stand Ticket booth on Saturday afternoon (9th August).
All supporters should bring relevant ID to collect their season tickets and for the different price classes you may have purchased.
Identification:
- Adult or Concession season ticket – Form of photo ID, and show proof of purchase / reference order number
- Students – A valid student ID / proof of enrolment with school, college, or university, and show proof of purchase / reference order number
- Aged 16 and below, or collecting on behalf of someone this age, must give name and show proof of purchase / reference order number in order to collect.
- Carers – Please bring a valid Carer Card / proof, and show proof of purchase / reference order number in order to collect.
- Proof of purchase can either be the email confirmation or state the order ID provided within the email.
- Supporters CAN collect on behalf of somebody else. Staff will require the name and order number and some form of ID in order to collect on someone’s behalf.
Supporters who need to collect passes for the South Stand and then East/ West stand will need to queue again in the relevant place.
Car park passes can be collected via the club shop.
Digital Tickets available via the link in your confirmation email will come live the day before the fixture. All digital tickets barcodes should start with 42 and match your season card. If it does not, please contact the Ticket Office.
