York City Football Club can confirm that season ticket collections will be available from 10am on the morning of Thursday 10th August.
We apologise for the delay in season ticket collections being made available and understand that with such a tight turnaround ahead of our first home game, this will be an inconvenience to many supporters.
As such, the SMC have extended the opening hours for collections on Thursday and Friday, and season ticket holders will also be able to collect on Saturday ahead of the match.
To reduce the risk of long queues and waiting times, collections will be split alphabetically by surname between the North Stand and West Stand ticket booths on Thursday and Friday.
All season ticket collections ahead of the match on Saturday will be from the North Stand ticket booth. The West Stand ticket booth will be used for on the day sales of match tickets.
Opening Hours
The opening hours for collection are:
- Thursday 10th August – 10am to 7pm
- North Stand Ticket Booth – Surnames A-J
- West Stand Ticket Booth – Surnames K-Z
- Friday 11th August – 10am to 7pm
- North Stand Ticket Booth – Surnames A-J
- West Stand Ticket Booth – Surnames K-Z
- Saturday 12th August – 10am to kick-off
- North Stand Ticket Booth – Surnames A-Z (all surnames)
- West Stand Ticket Booth – on the day York City v Kidderminster Harriers match tickets only (no Season Ticket Collections from this booth)
Season Car Park Passes
For those who bought a season car park pass for 2023/24, these will also be available for collection as you collect your season ticket.
ID Requirements
Please remember to bring the relevant ID for collection of your season ticket. Supporting ID for collection is as follows:
To pick up a ticket you will need proof of purchase (to ensure we don’t give your ticket to someone else).
In addition, students will need to provide a student ID and admission letter. Over 60s and children need to provide evidence of Date of Birth, preferably a photo ID.
We will allow collections of season tickets on behalf of somebody else, but please make sure to bring a copy of their ID and proof of purchase.
Print or digital copies of ID are accepted.
