Supporters are encouraged to arrive early at the LNER Community Stadium on Saturday (12.30pm kick off) with a bumper crowd set to be in attendance.
Saturday is set to be electric at the LNER Community Stadium, with over 7,250 set to be with us!
It’s important to ensure that everybody has a safe, enjoyable experience. To achieve this, York City Football Club will work closely with York Stadium Management Company and North Yorkshire Police.
The Car Park will be open from 9am for those with a Monks Cross Park and Ride pass. Supporters travelling via Y22 can catch the first service to Monks Cross from Stonebow at 10.30am.
Turnstiles will open from 11am on the morning of the match. We advise supporters to utilise the turnstile opening times as widely as possible to keep potential queuing to a minimum, and ensure everybody is within the stadium for our dedicated remembrance ceremony to honour those together who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
To speed up queue times when entering the stadium, ensure you have your ticket / pass to hand as soon as you arrive at Monks Cross.
Please note for all supporters’ safety that searches, which will also involve the use of dogs, will be conducted. Amnesty bins will also be present before arriving at turnstiles.
Prohibited items (which may include pyrotechnics, drugs, and weapons) are never welcome at the LNER Community Stadium. Failure to utilise the Amnesty bins before heading to the turnstiles for any prohibited item will result in ejection.
Once within the LNER Community Stadium, please ensure you sit in your allocated seat as always. This is for the safety of you and your fellow supporters. Guidance will be on hand on the ground to ensure supporters are supported in achieving this.
We all look forward to welcoming you on Saturday. Keep our support loud, proud, and behind the white line in the stands, and continue to uphold the conduct we expect as York City supporters.
