York City would again like to apologise for the significant delay throughout the reimbursement process, which was promised to supporters by Co-Chairs Matt and Julie-Anne Uggla.
After meticulous conversations with the host that evening [Altrincham Football Club] following the result, they since confirmed last Friday that reimbursements in fact couldn’t be processed by themselves directly due to a number of operational and legal constraints.
Supporters will now be required to fill out this form.
Supporters must provide the following within their form submission:
- Consent for Altrincham Football Club to share data with York City Football Club
- Email address used to purchase ticket(s)
- Transaction number(s) linked to ticket(s) purchase(s)
York City will then liaise with Altrincham Football Club on all responses, with the host feeding back required information for York City to then process the reimbursement accordingly.
