We have been allocated 700 tickets for the game, plus 14 wheelchair and carer tickets.

Supporters will be situated in the Hartlepool Cable Services Stand, which is an unallocated all-seater stand.

With this fixture expected to be busy, fans may be allocated seating on arrival by stewards as they arrive into the stand.

*Ambulant/wheelchair disabled fans pay their relevant age category and are entitled to a free companion ticket if in receipt of medium/high rate DLA or enhanced rate PIP (relevant paperwork must be produced at the time of purchase). Supporters who do not have any of the above but feel they do require a carer ticket are advised to contact the ticket office to discuss their personal case further.

*Under 14s will not be allowed entry to The Prestige Group Stadium without an adult.

Tickets will go on sale to 2025/26 season ticket holders from 10:30am on Tuesday 16th September, over the phone and from the club shop.

To purchase a ticket for the game, you MUST be a season ticket holder, and MUST supply your name and supporter number, otherwise, you will not be permitted a ticket.

One ticket per ST holder.

If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you MUST give their name and supporter number.

We strongly encourage you to purchase in person if you are able to.

Please note that ALL tickets must be collected from the LNER Community Stadium; there will be no option to collect tickets from Hartlepool on the day.

Supporters should not attempt to purchase tickets in any other area of the stadium that isn’t the designated away end.
