Wide midfielder Maziar Kouhyar has joined Vanarama National League North side Hereford FC on loan for an initial month.
The Afghani international returns to Edgar Street after departing to join the Minstermen on a free transfer in March 2022.
The 26-year-old midfielder joined Hereford initially in March 2021, and was part of the Hereford team which made it to the 2021 FA Trophy Final.
Kouhyar, despite a stop-start season through injury, has made 20 appearances for City this season, netting three goals.
Since joining from Hereford in March 2022, the wide midfielder has picked up 66 appearances with the Minstermen.
The Bulls are pushing to cement a play-off spot in the division below this year, picking up 13 victories in 28 games so far to sit just inside the desired spots.
A debut could be on the cards immediately as Hereford travel to Rushall Olympic in Vanarama National League North action on Tuesday, January 23rd.
