Business Belles, a part of York City Foundation and York City Ladies, have been asked to support the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 with an event to ignite enthusiasm around the legendary tournament coming to York in late August.
On Tuesday 24th June 2025, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Alpine Café, Go Outdoors, Vangarde Shopping Park, York.
As part of the celebration of the World Cup and its commitment to building a lasting participation legacy for women and girls, this unique event encourages attendees to unwind, connect, and have fun while honouring the spirit of women and girls in sport.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A warm welcome and soft drinks on arrival
- Light buffet and networking in a relaxed and inclusive setting
- Light-hearted, non-contact social rugby activities led by York City’s female coaches – beginners welcome and trainers encouraged!
- A serene hypnotherapy meditation session led by Cate from My Time Therapies, to round off the evening in a state of calm and clarity
