York City FC is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our visitors. In May 2024, we launched our Community Survey and have been delighted with the amount of insight this has afforded us. In publishing the survey, we hoped that the results would:
- Help us gain a better level of understanding about our community.
- Identify real and perceived barriers which exist that prevent people from engaging with us.
- Develop our processes and practices to improve our services to all.
Your feedback has shown how diverse our community is and has been a great help in developing our understanding of how we can improve our services to better accommodate diverse needs. We are continuing to work closely with key local partners to ensure that our efforts are guided by their expertise and support.
