York City U18s’ fixtures for the 2026/27 EFL Youth Alliance League North season have been revealed.
The young Minstermen will start their campaign away at last season’s runners-up, Preston North End, on Saturday 8th August, then we host Morecambe seven days later.
The opening month concludes with back-to-back trips to Lincoln. First comes a midweek visit in Round One of the EFL Youth Alliance Cup, before the sides meet again in the league four days later.
September sees the young Minstermen on the road throughout, with league trips to Shrewsbury Town, Crewe Alexandra and Burton Albion.
October includes a Greater Manchester double, as we head to Stockport County and Oldham Athletic, while Wrexham and Rotherham United visit North Yorkshire.
The end of November brings another Yorkshire derby as Bradford City visit, before Rochdale, Grimsby Town and Mansfield Town round off the calendar year.
Doncaster Rovers are our first opponents in 2027; the U18s also host Blackpool and Walsall in January.
Notts County are our visitors on the 27th February before we play Lincoln for the third time this season to begin March.
The final month of the season sees York travel to Doncaster Rovers and Bradford City either side of a home meeting with Burton Albion, before the campaign concludes against Grimsby Town at home on Saturday 24th April.

EFL YOUTH ALLIANCE CUP ROUND DATES
The Minstermen will also compete in the EFL Youth Alliance Cup this season.
The draw for Round One has been completed, with a trip to Lincoln City scheduled for Tuesday 18th August.
