City host FC Halifax Town in the Yorkshire derby at the LNER this weekend, with kick-off set at 3:00 in the Enterprise National League.
The Minstermen will be looking to extend the winning run to 7 games should victory fall in the home side’s favour. Maynard’s side ran out 3-0 winners away to Wealdstone last weekend, with Morgan Williams, Zak Johnson and Dan Batty all getting the goals.
Halifax suffered a shock defeat in midweek to bottom side Gateshead, who won their first game in 16 with a narrow 2-1 victory at the Shay.
These two sides last faced at the end of October when a second-half Ollie Pearce goal secured a point for the Minstermen despite conceding an early goal at the start of the game.

Long-standing club partner York Pullman continues to operate supporter shuttle bus services between York city centre and the LNER Community Stadium.
