The Minstermen welcome Championship side Sheffield United to the LNER Community Stadium in our second home pre-season fixture of the 2025/26 season.
Last time out City registered a score draw over Salford City on Friday night, with Ollie Pearce bagging twice with Mo Fadera scoring the third.
The Blades came to the LNER last season when they ran out 2-1 winners over City.
Tyrese Sinclair scored the opener in that contest, but United hit back with two first-half goals from One and Osula to seal the win.
Kick-off is at 7pm.

Ticket sales in advance of match day at the LNER Community Stadium are charged at:
- Adult: £15
- Concession: £8
- 12-16/ Student: £8
- 11 and under: £5
*Only purchasable with ‘Adult’ or ‘Concession’ ticket within same basket transaction. Season ticket holders looking to purchase an ‘Aged 11 & under’ must still do so via Ticket Office.

Like last season we will have Lost Child wristbands available free of charge. Available from all programme sellers, , and Club Shop, these disposable wristbands have plenty of space for your key information so you can be confident that your child will be safe in an emergency. We encourage anyone attending with children to pick one up at each home fixture and make it part of your match day routine.
MATCH PROGRAMME/50:50 DRAW
A physical matchday programme is available and will be sold at every open turnstile by programme sellers for £3.
50/50 Raffle tickets will also be available to purchase ahead of the game from sellers at every open turnstile.
