Match Preview | Woking FC (H) | Saturday 28th March

Just three league games to go at the LNER Community Stadium this season, starting with this weekend’s clash against Woking (3pm kick-off).

The Minstermen will be looking to make an instant response to Tuesday’s defeat away to Gateshead. Goals from Ward, Boatswain and Storey gave York a mountain to climb in the North East. A late consolation goal from Ollie Pearce wasn’t enough to spark a late comeback.

Woking have seen a resurgence in form in recent weeks since former City striker Jake Hyde took over as interim boss.

The visitors are unbeaten in their last seven games, winning four of those games in the process.

The last meeting with the Cards ended in a 1-1 draw back in August.
