Ollie Pearce has been named our Player of the Month for November.
Supporters were invited to vote for their Player of the Month from November 2024 in the Official York City FC app, with four choices on offer.
Claiming the award for the second straight month, Pearce came out on top again with a whopping 80% of the vote.
The accolade is fully deserved after a sensational month for the striker – two goals in our lunchtime win over Hartlepool United set him on his way.
The 29-year-old went one better against Yeovil Town, netting his first York City hat-trick, before notching another couple against Maidenhead United a week later.
That now makes it five consecutive home league games that Pearce has scored in, and it also takes him to the top of the league’s goalscoring chart.
