We can confirm that we will be holding a Champions Celebration event at the LNER Community Stadium this Wednesday!
Following lengthy discussions with both the council and police, it has been made clear that a bus parade around the city centre would not be a possible option to celebrate our National League triumph.
As disappointing as this is, we have been working extremely hard to still hold an event for fans to gather and to be able to celebrate this moment with the club.
With that, we have worked at length with the SMC, and we can confirm that a promotion party will be taking place this Wednesday at the LNER.
Date: Wednesday, 29th April
Time: 7:30pm start
Turnstiles Open: 6:30pm
Tickets for this event can be purchased online. All tickets are £1, which covers the relevant admin fee as well as a donation to the Candlelighters Trust in support of Harry Rowntree.
Tickets are on general sale at a maximum of four per person.
Sales will be monitored closely with more stands ready to open if required.
The event will not be one to miss as we will host another trophy lift with fireworks. We will also have a live SpeedQuizzing show with exclusive prizes to be won.
